The Technology Labs
The School of Arts and Humanities recognizes the importance of technology in today's university classroom. The School's 10 computer labs are equipped with the latest software and hardware available for Macintosh and PC. Our faculty and staff understand the importance of technology in the classroom and make it an integral part of their teaching. It is also possible to take some classes from home thanks to an ever growing selection of on-line courses. Creative writing, graphic design, music technology, television studio, theatre lighting and set design and the Foreign Language Media Services are just a few of the technology rich programs available at the UAB School of Arts and Humanities.
